only you can submit returns electronically by selecting for the states to e-file and then clicking on the submit icon. The federal would have to be e-filed either before or at the same time for the states to be e-filed. if you e-filed did you get an acceptance e-mail for the federal and each state? TT is not responsible if your actions or non-actions resulted in the returns not being submitted. if you mailed them the risk is all yours.
