State tax filing

I'm glad we agree that I shouldn't have to pay, unfortunately as soon as I try to put 2 state returns into the software, it asks for my payment info.

In the fine print of the provided link:

"For Federal tax questions, this service is available at no additional charge in select TurboTax products; otherwise fees may apply. You understand that as part of the Service, an Intuit tax advisor will answer your questions related to U.S. federal tax laws (for individual Form 1040). State tax questions are at the advisor's discretion."

Thank you for providing the phone number after trying to get me to pay in every other way possible.

I already stated my issue in the original post. I will state it again. TT put my Entire years earning into my North Dakota state tax. I paid ND taxes on Ohio wages. Then, they put my ND earnings and not my Ohio earnings onto my Ohio return. My ND earnings were much higher than my Ohio ones, so I ended up paying extra for Ohio as well.

This company is awful and baits people into paying for things that are free while hiding the free option from internet searches. If their product is so great, why do they have to charge people extra money to be able to talk to someone? Seems to me that this would encourage the company to mess things up intentionally to try and squeeze extra money out of me.
