I submitted an M1PR with my State and Federal taxes (it's in my document) but MN Dept. of Rev says they never received it. What went wrong?

I'm going to resubmit, but I'm trying to figure out if TurboTax can't handle the M1PR or if anyone knows why it never made it to the people it needed to get it. Again, when I go to View My Tax Documents, it's right there.
