how to split my W-2(only one state in W2) into two states?

I lived in two states, AZ and NH last year, I was employed by the same company. But my employer put all my incomes to only one state AZ. How can I adjust and split the income into two states,

Is it OK to split my incomes into two states even I have only one state W-2?
