update: after 3 calls that were all very nice, they recommended me to buy the "LIVE" help and that would connect me with a dev to fix the bug... this a joke THERE IS NO LIVE HELP I CAN'T GET THROUGH TO ANYONE IN REAL TIME AFTER THAT AND NOW I'M OUT $90 BUCKS!
