2 hours on the phone, multiple disconnects and holds but still no resolution with the EXTENDED filing deadline just weeks away. I wonder if TurboTax realizes they suck and are wholly under-delivering on a main marketed value driver for their product, the ability to e-file. Now I have to print state and federal returns (over 100 pages) to file state in addition to paying posting to send a box of useless paper about 5 miles to the state tax receipt address. Of course no one besides other members having this same issue will ever see this because TurboTax clearly doesn't care of the known issue at this point.
