That option does nothing. Attempting to delete the form and it automatically repopulates the form. Even after deleting the only qualifying business from the profile, it deletes other forms, but not 8895. No way to delete it, no way to update to get it, and no way to submit taxes with this glitch in place. Very frustrating.
