Thank you. The state in which we earned income while a resident of CA is Vermont. We then become residents of Vermont in August of 2019. I know that non-residents of CA can not get this tart credit for taxes paid to Vermont. But it seems to me that we should be able to receive this credit for taxes paid to Vermont while we were residents of CA during Jan-July 2019.
