Thank you so much for you help so far! I was not able to get back to this for some time and now I have some time on my hands. So to wrap up, from my understanding, if I don't select anything from both of these drop downs, it amounts to me 'ignoring the fix'. I can't find KS on either of these, but as you have mentioned, I should not input NE on either of these because NE has not relations to 2019. In this case I am in a 'catch-22'. What should I do? Also, apologies for prolonging this. I am just nervous about getting this wrong. Thanks in advance again!
