I am having the same frustration trying to enter this information. Also, for me (and I imagine many others) the solution of doing all the non-resident state returns first in TurboTax is not applicable as my non-resident state returns have already been prepared and filed outside of TurboTax. In several previous years of using TurboTax it was easy to just enter the 760 OSC information about the other states when preparing the VA state tax return. Now, it seems impossible to do this, which would be a serious flaw.
