Must I file a non-resident Alabama tax return when receiving an AL Department of Revenue Final K-1 Form 41 from an Alabama-inherited trust but am a Georgia resident?
The K-1 is for "beneficiary's share of Alabama Income". I also received a K-1 Form 1041 for the same trust which I have included in my Federal return.
