No, I don't recommend ignoring the fix if possible. My apologies, I misspoke. Since Nebraska has nothing to do with 2019 except for your address for filing, then this entry should technically be ignored. The directions from 2019 KS-40 Instructions, page 7 for line 13 would allow for no entry when it is not applicable.
Nebraska should not be entered in the state section of TurboTax.
