I have two other options.
1) Go back into the federal interview section.
- Under Income & Expenses, select W-2 Wages and review your input here. Pay particular attention to boxes 15-17 to ensure those amounts match your W-2 form.
- Scroll down to the bottom once you have gone through the wage screens and select Wrap up income.
- Then try going back into your state return and see if that resolves the issue.
2) If the above does not work, your other option is to delete the state return and then add it back and go through the interview section again. This may resolve the issue as well.
