Please try deleting that entry and leaving it blank.
If you still have this issue, please delete that particular form in the State Forms.
To delete a form:
- Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
- In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
- In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose to Delete a form.
- Scroll all the way down to the State Forms
- Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.
After you delete the form, go all the way through the State on-screen questions and answer each carefully.
