No, do not manipulate this data in TurboTax. While you are preparing the State of Pennsylvania's return, TurboTax will make sure the income is correctly stated for the state. Here's how:

While you are in your Tax Home,
Select State from the left side menu,
Select Edit next to your State of Pennsylvania return,
Follow through the on-screen prompts, until you get to this screen, select Edit,
Then select Make this income taxable in PA

This should fix the income for you.
