Follow these steps to reset the calculations, but let us know if this doesn't work:
- In the File menu across the top select Remove State Return.
- Confirm that you wish to delete the state return (this does not delete the program).
- Click on Online in the menu across the top and select Check for updates.
- After any updates install, close TurboTax and shut down your PC.
- Turn your PC back on and restart TurboTax.
- Click on the State Taxes tab.
- Click on Continue at the bottom the screen on the State taxes menu.
- Click Start beside Virginia.
- Continue through the program - this should take just a few moments.
- Run the Review to be sure there are no errors or overrides preventing calculations.
