Alright, so this is my third year using TurboTax (second year doing it on my own) but this is the first year I had to do taxes for multiple states. I moved halfway through the year so i was in both states for 6 months of the year each. I understand that since there are 3 returns to process, it is a tricky situation but it wasn’t much harder to file than usual. I filed on the first night the IRS was accepting returns to be filed and I got confirmation at around 3 am via email that both Federal and Indiana State returns have both been accepted. No problem. Here we are on the fifth of February and Kentucky still hasn’t approved my return. Is it because it takes a while to go through everyone’s files, make sure everything is legit,and say yes if it’s okay or no if something doesn’t add up? Is it taking a while longer because of my situation or maybe I got something wrong on there? I know they’ll tell me if there is something wrong but maybe it takes time to figure it out?
