Try deleting the forms within the return then the main form using this method:
- Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
- Locate Tax Tools
- Select Tools
- See the pop-up window Tool Center
- Choose Delete a form
- Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list
- Follow the instructions
