I believe you meant to say you lived in Virginia from January 1, 2019 to November 21.2019, and then moved to Maryland. There are screens in each state return section of TurboTax where you allocate your income for that state, if you were a part-year resident. See the screenshot below showing screen where you allocate your Non-Maryland Income:
