I'm in the same boat and I did get the Delaware Non-Resident form in Turbo Tax, HOWEVER, in Turbo Tax, I see no where that you can take the Personal Credit credit I am allowed per Line 43 of the Hard Copy form I have. Please advise. Thanks.
