1. Close the TurboTax program (be sure to click Save when prompted). 2. Right-click the TurboTax icon. 3. Choose Properties. 4. Choose Compatibility. 5. Check the box Run this program as administrator. 6. Click Apply. 7. Click OK. 8. Relaunch TurboTax.
