TT says regarding state:
"Reason for e-file ineligibility: Returns with Form MI-1040 not completed for filing are not eligible for electronic filing."
And the TT says:
"The good news is you can still print your Michigan return and file it by mail."
How can I possibly send by mail a state tax return that has no MI-1040?
