Minnesota state tax E file issue: Returns with value less than $5 for total qualified student loans used to pay postsecondary education under student loan information are not eligible for electronic filing
I am unable to E File for Minnesota state tax as TurboTax keeps giving message "returns with value less than $5 for total qualified student loans used to pay postsecondary education under student loan information are not eligible for electronic filing"
I have no idea why this is happening ? Seems Software glitch to me. I have paid 10k in student loans for principal and interest for 2019 so the amount is definitely greater than $5.
This is super frustrating. I already paid $50 to TurboTax for state taxes and now I am unable to file MN state taxes electronically.
