State tax filing
Enter your W-2's as represented on your tax document(s). It will reflect the state taxes you paid in each state. When you add your state returns, it will ask you how long you were a resident with each state.
Since you are a resident of New Jersey, you are required to file a resident return with them, they will consider that your income was earned in the state of Pennsylvania and a credit will be applied for taxes you paid for in another jurisdiction.
