State tax filing
A single-member LLC is a disregarded entity for tax purposes, which means that it does not file its own tax return. You report the business income and expenses of the single-member LLC on Schedule C, as part of your personal tax return.
Since you had no income or expenses in 2016, there is no need to file Schedule C for 2016.
