Health insurance that is deducted on your check is usually reported in Box 12 under a DD code. The Welfare surcharge insurance/benefits surcharge on your W2 is the IRC125. It is located in Box 14. If this is blank, there should be a number there or just leave it out entirely. i think this is what Turbo tax is looking for. I have seen where entries were made in box 14 referencing IRC125 but left blank.
