No, the maximum amount has changed for Tax Year 2019 on your Maryland return.

According to the instructions for line 16 in the Maryland 2019 State & Local Tax Forms & Instructions,

"The STANDARD DEDUCTION METHOD gives you a standard deduction of 15% of Maryland adjusted gross income (line 16) with minimums of $1,500 and $3,050 and maximums of $2,250 and $4,550, depending on your filing status."
