Can you tell us what screen in the Mississippi interview refers to in-state income only? That is, did you enter something into the Mississippi interview that caused the Texas income to not be reported in Mississippi?
As Amy said above, all W-2 income should carry to Mississippi unless you tell it not to. So we would like to look at the question and the screen that caused this confusion.
