I understand that, but my kicker amount says higher than what I did receive. I already received my deposit. and it is less than what my kicker was. So I didn't get any Oregon Refund or I owed?
Line 27 says '*Overpayment of tax. If line 29 is less than line 36, you overpaid.' On my taxes line, 29 is less than line 36, by $XXX. Line 34 on my 2019 return 568. wouldn't that be added to the 'overpaid' amount ($XXX) mentioned above?
