State tax filing

So to be clear, this previous message was from a TurboTax employee who is saying "OMG - I finally got it..."?  Ridiculous.  I am not continuing to waste more time on the phone for a known issue.  I called AGAIN and spoke to a specialist who confirmed this is a known "glitch" - STILL NO FIX - and suggested I fill out the request form for a refund, which she sent to me.
