Does anyone know how to get a hold of a Turbo tax live person and ask them to simply update the Michigan 2019 tax return so I can e-file and get my $25 worth of service?
I find no way to alert the Michigan revenue individual tax department with this complaint so I choose the Attorney General's office. Please forward to Michigan Revenue Division.
My Federal went through after I unchecked state with my Turbo Tax software I purchased for $109.. My Michigan return does not transmit? I came back to state and updated on-line a dozen times over two days to no avail on 2/21 & 22/2020. I have never had that problem in 15 years of using Turbo Tax. I am a retired 40 year IRS Agent and 33 year Appeals Officer and adjunct professor in taxation - I know what I am doing with my simple tax returns.
I can't find a 800 number or support email address to send a message to TT? Turbo Tax has declined very badly this year! I would think this would be a high priority to the State of Michigan in not received tax returns. The AGs Office needs to look into the “scam” of taking my $25 via Master Card and not providing services nor a place to contact Intuit’s Turbo Tax.
