You can delete the form by doing the following:
- Log into your account, click on Take Me to My Return if necessary, and then click on My Account on the top of the screen
- Click on Tools and select Delete a Form
- Scroll through the list of forms under the CA state return section. When you find Form 2106 , click Delete next to it
- It will confirm that you want to delete the form, hit yes (or continue)
- The form will be deleted
