Hm this makes good sense to me but Turbotax isn't picking this up on mine. Since MD and DC have reciprocity agreements and my W2 doesn't show any DC tax withheld, I don't think I actually need to file DC nonresident or refund request--but TurboTax is giving me a "review" error saying I need to file anyway.
