Have the same problem. Items 1 and 2 are true and indicated that it is a qualified plan. Still being taxed on the Roth distribution.
- You must have had the ROTH for over 5 years.
- You must be over 59 1/2
Be sure to indicate that this is a qualified plan. (I did).
