Please try this, that seems to have worked for other customers:
- Re-start the program before filing section, then go back through the Utah sections.
- Download the Utah forms.
- Close the program then re-open it
This should fix the E-file problem. It also adjusted the estimated refund amount from 0 to a much higher number where it seems it should be.
The program may have not correctly updated the Utah forms when first downloaded.
