if you are working in Turbo Tax Software and in Windows, you go to file>remove state return>remove. If you have multiple states, the program will give you the option of removing you state return of your choice.
if you have the MAC version, follow these steps.
- In the very upper menu next to the apple and TurboTax...FILE
- Remove xxx State Data
- Are you sure you want to remove it? Remove
