If you printed and mailed your tax return but forgot to sign the return, if the IRS notices (they check), then they will send your tax return back to you for signature.
Since your tax return is now in the hands of the US Postal Service and the IRS, there is nothing to do but wait for the tax return to come back. There is no way to hurry the situation up.
