- you lived or worked in another state.
- your W-2 indicated state tax withholding in a state other than your resident state.
If none of the above is applicable to you, you may delete this worksheet to correct the error.
You can delete a form by following these steps:
1. Sign into your account and select your current return
2. Select Tax Tools on the bottom left and then Tools (see attached tax tools)
3. Select Delete a Form
4. Find the Out of State Credit worksheet and select delete next to it
