I called Turbotax support and was told that the Mass INC schedule is not in compliance, so efile is not accepted. The expected date for the INC schedule to be in compliance is Feb. 15, 2020. Extremely frustrating that TurboTax doesn't let Mass. filers know up front that they will not be able to efile until after 2/15/2020.
