State tax filing

Unless you are a resident of Pennsylvania, or earned income in PA (you were physically there when you earned the money) you would only file a tax return for Georgia. It doesn't matter where the employer is based. What matters is where you were when you earned the income. Your W-2 could be wrong if it shows some of your income as from PA, and your employer should correct it. As long as there was no withholding tax paid to PA, you wouldn't need to file a PA return under these circumstances.
