State tax filing

If you are not yet considered a resident of Utah, then you should file a nonresident return for that state. To do so, you will need to delete both state returns and file your Utah return first. Please view the nonresident state filing FAQ for directions on completing this type of return. You can view the directions to delete your state return as well.
