Currently working in Texas, and reside and own a home in PA. If I change residency would I still owe PA Taxes?

I currently work in Texas for 20 days out of the month. I own a home and am in PA for 10 days out of the month. All of my income is earned in Texas. If I were to establish TX residency would I still be liable for PA state taxes due to the fact that I own a home there?
