"Unsupported" has three meanings:
- TurboTax has not received the state forms yet so TurboTax can't estimate at this point when the forms may be available in the product
- The state is not going to provide the forms, so TurboTax will never support the form
- The state will not enable the form for e-filing, so TurboTax can't make it available for e-filing
