State tax filing
Review your entries in the personal info section. Enter TX as your State of Residence and indicate that you lived in another state during the year. Enter MD as the other state. Then enter the date you began living in your new home in TX. On the MD return, enter only your MD income. Income you earned remotely after the move date is NOT taxable by MD. It is TX income.
