It's saying I owe significantly more to KS than I'm getting back from OK?
That's not unusual. There is little or no correlation between those two amounts. What you want is for line 13 of KS form K-40 (the credit) to be approximately the same as line 26 of OK form 511NR (tax paid to OK). The amounts are not always exactly the same.
