Possibly, but only if you received or will receive a 1095-A form.
Use Form 8962 to:
- Figure the amount of your premium tax credit (PTC).
- Reconcile it with any advance payments of the premium tax credit (APTC)
TurboTax will let you know if you need the form or not when you enter your 1095-A.
