My Maine state program works in both the TurboTax Download/CD and TurboTax Online versions.
Here is what I recommend:
- Sign out and sign back in, and see if that "un-sticks" the program. If you are working in the Download/CD version of TurboTax, be sure to save your tax return first.
- If you are working in TurboTax Online, "clearing your cache and cookies" often "fixes" a lot of issues. Click here for the instructions for how to clear your cache and cookies.
