Thanks... do you know what supporting doc is required with MO form 5695 (Qualified Health Insurance Premiums) - the form states "Complete this worksheet and attach it, along with proof of premiums paid.." Seems that an online filing of form thru TTax would not include any "proof of premiums pd.
