Steps:
I press under North Carolina ..... "See Amount"
I get a pop up screen that shows 4 steps and then I hit "OK"
Turbo Tax said's they need to save return then hit "OK"
Then Turbo Tax says waiting for the installer service ... more details
After 5 minutes it takes me back to Turbo Tax with out downloading the state
