State tax filing
DoninGA is right that if we don't know the state or the tax year, we have no way to help you.
Keep in mind that we in the Community are volunteers who are not able to see your tax return nor the screen you are on.
And whenever you get a letter from the IRS or from a state tax office, you may find it more convenient to follow the advice of xmasbaby0 in this short but excellent answer:
After you file your return, TurboTax does not get any information from the IRS or your state, so no one at TurboTax knows what the state changed on your return. If you can provide some details we may be able to help you understand.--but no personal information since this is a public web site.
I AM BEING AUDITED

AUDIT SUPPORT
TurboTax has a special phone number for help with IRS/state tax letters, which will be easier than going through regular Customer Support. At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support". Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter. Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.
